In the event that a client chooses to terminate the service agreement entered into by client and company, within the first 30 days of the project. A refund will be issued upon request. The amount of refund will be pro-rated, formula used for pro-rating:

Refund = (Hours Worked x Hourly Rate) - Down Payment
Our refund policy does not apply to any add on items or hourly services; this includes but is not limited to Shopping Carts, Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, and Support Packages.
At no time, will a refund be issued after the first 30 days, regardless of work completed.
Please allow 30 days on all refunds.
