All Web Hosting Plans include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and coverage charges) providing you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Innovator Design and Hosting for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given a refund.

The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to web design and other related programming services. These are provided in separate service contracts and warranties associated with those services. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to hosting plans provided on dedicated servers.
